Cancelling
The household owner can cancel from Your plan at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Access to the paid plan continues to the end of the period already paid for, then the household returns to Free. Family seats follow the plan.
Refunds

Beta grants
Plans granted "on us" during the beta are not purchases and carry no refund.
Payment providers
Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (elsewhere). Refunds, where they apply, are returned to the original payment method through the same provider and can take several days to appear.
